The KEYENCE XG-7701 is a high-speed, high-capacity multi-camera machine vision controller from the KEYENCE XG-7000 Series. It is designed for advanced industrial inspection applications requiring high-speed image acquisition, image processing, measurement and automated quality control.
The XG-7701 supports compatible color and monochrome cameras and can handle camera configurations up to four cameras with the appropriate expansion unit. The controller is specifically capable of supporting 5-megapixel camera operation, making it suitable for detailed inspection of components, surfaces, printed materials, assemblies and other industrial products.
The controller provides practical industrial connectivity through Ethernet, RS-232C and USB, along with monitor output and SD card storage. Ethernet functionality can be used for PLC communication, FTP/network applications and remote operation depending on system configuration.
