The Crestron RMC3 6505761 3-Series Room Media Controller is a compact professional control processor designed for centralized control and monitoring of AV equipment, displays, lighting, motorized shades, climate control, security systems and other connected devices.
The RMC3 features a Crestron 3-Series control engine with 256 MB DDR3 SDRAM and 4 GB flash memory. Its integrated communication interfaces include Ethernet, Cresnet, RS-232/422/485, IR/Serial, digital inputs and relay outputs, providing flexible connectivity for professional automation installations.
The controller is powered through Power over Ethernet (PoE) and uses a compact IFE micro form factor, allowing it to be installed behind displays, above projectors, inside equipment cabinets or on a DIN rail. It can be surface mounted, stacked or installed on a standard 35 mm DIN rail using the appropriate mounting bracket.
The RMC3 supports Crestron control and management technologies including Crestron Fusion, XiO Cloud, SNMP and BACnet/IP, making it suitable for commercial AV and building automation environments.
